We are a locally-owned outpatient practice that contributes directly back to the community. Designed for children of all abilities, and their families, we offer a variety of services that help you child experience the world with greater confidence thanks to improvements in mobility, strength and coordination, cognition, communication, social emotional development, and sensory processing.

Physical Therapy (PT)

Our Therapists
Erin Kayser - PT, DPT
Erin has been a Physical Therapist since 2012 and a business owner since 2020. Erin earned her Bachelors of Science degree in physiology from the University of Arizona in 2008 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2012. She has worked in pediatrics for over 10 years and specializes in the treatment of infants with torticollis and plagiocephaly. She is passionate about early intervention and prevention / treatment of motor delays in children of all ages. She started Mountain Kidz Therapy to address the need in the community for quality pediatric therapy that is holistic, accessible, and family-centered. When Erin is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 6 children. They enjoy skiing/snowboarding/alpine touring, running, rock climbing, overlanding, camping, and keeping up with their kids’ many activities.
AllieJane Soto - M.S., CCC-SLP
Allie DeSoto has been working in the speech therapy field for 8 years. After graduating NAU with an undergrad degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, she started working as an SLPA (speech-language pathology assistant). For 4 years, while working and gaining experience as an SLPA, Allie attended NAU's summers-only graduate program to get her master's and finally become a fully licensed CCC-SLP. In the 8 years, Alliehas worked in home health settings, school settings, virtual therapy, medical settings, and speech therapy-based hippotherapy. Across all those settings, Allie has gained immense knowledge working with people ages 3-65 and especially loves working with AAC devices. Allie has 2 toddlers of her own. Together with her husband, they enjoy the amazing outdoors Flagstaff has to offer with running, fishing, biking, hiking, hunting, and camping.
Mikayla Lawrence - PT, DPT
Mikayla is a Physical Therapist who recently graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2024. Prior to that Mikayla earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science, also from Northern Arizona University in 2021. Her interest in the pediatric population began to grow with her 8 years of experience in coaching gymnastics here in Flagstaff with children of all ages, ranging from 18 months to 16 years old. Mikayla’s specific interest in pediatric physical therapy grew when she completed a clinical rotation in the outpatient pediatric setting, gaining experience in treating a wide variety of diagnoses. When Mikayla is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog in all of the outdoor adventures Flagstaff has to offer including camping, hiking, running and skiing.
Caeli Condit - OTD, OTR/L
Caeli graduated from Baylor University with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2022. She is a pediatric occupational therapist with a focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, and supporting kids with visual motor and fine motor delays. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential, Caeli loves working with families to create fun, effective strategies that help kids thrive in everyday activities. When she's not working, Caeli enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs. She also loves painting, taking pictures, and writing.
